Lori was the first employee hired in 2002. After a brief hiatus she rejoined the company in 2010 as Customer Service Manager. Lori has over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing and customer service.
I was born and raised in St. Paul, MN. I have lived in several areas of the country before settling in Alabama. My background is in sales/marketing/and most importantly customer service. I take great pride in treating others the way I want to be treated and I work very hard to make sure every detail is handled.
I am very active in my church, singing with the choir and the praise team, and serving on various committees. I enjoy spending time with my daughter, my friends and my extended family. I have a full size red Doberman named "Princess Shellbee of the Shoals" – she is spoiled rotten!

Not enough people take the time to praise, only complain. I do both. Do a good job, gets referrals and leads to more sales. Rip off only one person can spell disaster! I just want to pass on what a positive experience we had purchasing our electric fireplace from you. We went to a local fireplace store and were going to purchase from them, but they didn't have them in stock and advised that it would take at least two weeks. Before ordering, we did some online research on the fireplace that we were interested in and found your website. We were a little nervous about ordering such a large product online, but the reviews of your company were positive, the price was significantly less than we were going to pay the local store, and you had free shipping (the local retailer did not offer delivery). So we ordered the Carmel Home Theater fireplace from Classic Flame on Tuesday and to our delight it was delivered on Friday. It arrived in excellent condition and was easy to assemble. It is not only a beautiful fireplace with a very realistic flame and a lot of options, it is a beautiful piece of furniture. Thank you so much for the quick delivery of a quality fireplace - we will surely recommend you to our friends.

We are extremely happy with how our mantel looks around our fireplace. It came out way better than what we had envisioned! Your suggestions not only made it look better, but it also saved us money. I attached some before/after pics. Thanks for all the help!

It arrived today and it is absolutly perfect. I luv it. Whats great about it is the weight of it. I have a covered patio so I can easily move it out there in the spring and fall so I can read on my patio when it's raining. I luv being outside.

I'd like to inform you of the superior service that I received from Lori Stocksett of Mantels Direct. She went above and beyond the standards of good customer service to make sure that I had my Havana Fire Bowl in time for my daughter's "Sweet 16" birthday party. Lori kept me informed of the status of the order and even gave me a phone call to let me know that the order had shipped and when I should expect the delivery.
